we loved the wellness king room, so spacious and comfy! the staff was super friendly and breakfast had loads of options. the location is perfect, just a quick walk to queen street station. enjoyed the heated towel feature in the stunning bathroom! sitting on the window seat with hot choc in the morning was a nice touch!

The room was spacious with one of the comfiest beds I've ever encountered. The friendly staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere, and the location was ideal, close to the main shopping areas. there were no biscuits provided with the tea and coffee facilities, which was a small letdown. Breakfast options could be more extensive, and the noise from the street might affect sensitive sleepers.

the location was great, right in the heart of things so eating out and visiting the sights was made very easy. breakfast was good, plentiful and a lot of choices. room decor was fresh and clean and bathroom modern with a good shower. we asked for a room on a higher floor, which was accomodated no problems and it was nice and quiet for the middle of a city.
the room was cold and there were no drawers for clothes. also the shower trap in the cubicle hadn't been checked/cleaned for some time.

Great spot for a group getaway! We hit up the local shopping area and checked out a nearby eatery. The room was super clean and cozy, and the staff were super friendly! Just a heads up, the common areas were a bit chilly. make sure to bundle up when wandering around the hotel.
We had a little hiccup when we arrived. our initial room was given to someone else. They sorted it out quickly, but it was a strange moment.
